Return, Warranty & Delivery Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placement without any penalty.Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, our Returns Policy will apply.
Custom-made or special-order items are non-cancellable once production has started.
- Special Orders / Items on Arrival: For items not in stock, the approximate vessel arrival date will be communicated to you at the time of sale confirmation. You may cancel this order up until 72 hours after reception of your payment if you are not agreeable with the timeline communicated.
Return & Warranty Policy

- Items may be returned within 3 business days of delivery, provided they are:• Unused,
• In their original packaging,
• In resalable condition.
- Any defect or damage must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery, including written details and clear photographs.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Warranty Coverage
- Furniture: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided that the product has been used with proper care.- Mattress Springs: 12-year warranty.
Usage & Care Guidelines
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, except for fully outdoor furniture.
- Only aluminium furniture is fully warranted for outdoor use, including by the seaside.
- All other metal products are intended for indoor use only.
- Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on any furniture.
- We recommend using our Product Care Line for maintenance and cleaning.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care,- Natural wear and tear,
- Damage caused by direct sunlight on indoor furniture,
- Corrosion or damage to metals not designed for outdoor or seaside use.

Delivery Timeline
- Stock Items: Deliveries are carried out within 1 to 4 business days.- Special Orders / Items on Arrival: For items not in stock, the approximate vessel arrival date will be communicated to you at the time of sale confirmation.
Please note that expected dates are only indicative and we shall not be held responsible for any delay incurred from the maritime line or our supplier which are out of our control. However, we will follow closely your order to ensure it arrives in the best timeframe possible.
Additional Information and fees
- Deliveries are carried out during business hours.- Our team will coordinate with you in advance to ensure a convenient delivery time.
- All deliveries are carried out by our own skilled delivery team, ensuring safe handling of your purchase.
- Installation and fitting of furniture is free of charge for any purchase above MUR2,000.
- For purchases below MUR2,000, a MUR500 delivery fee will be charged.
